    On a hardwood stick on the ground. Apothecia are small, not more than 2mm, bright yellow, and microscopy fits perfectly to C. citrina. Asci 86-114um; Spores smooth, narrowly ellipsoid, with drops at the poles. Mature spores with one septum. (9.6) 9.7 - 11.7 (13.3) × (3.1) 3.2 - 3.5 (3.9) µm Q = (2.8) 2.9 - 3.5 (4.2) ; N = 15 Me = 10.8 × 3.4 µm ; Qe = 3.2
