      Place Guess: Butler Township, Butler County, PA
    Clustered on mossy hardwood log, with clusters spilling over onto nearby stumps and branches. Caps about 1" across, color variable, although some of the caps had a greenish-yellow tint that reminded me of sulfur tuft (which prefers conifers, not hardwoods, and cooler weather, which this isn't). Each group was a crowded cluster of caps.
